Background: |
NOTE: This project is being offered by a Caltech alum and is open only to Caltech students. The project will take place at Washington University in St. Louis in St. Louis, Missouri. Liquid biopsies are revolutionizing cancer detection, diagnostics and management. Among the most exciting arenas is cell-free DNA, free-floating DNA in blood plasma which serves as a powerful oncogenomic analyte for cancer detection and analysis. |
||||||||
Description: | Student will either perform wet lab analysis, processing and sequencing of cell-free DNA or dry lab genomic analysis of cell-free DNA data. | ||||||||
