In our current theoretical chemistry research, we are focused on two research areas, one involving the interchange of chemical and mechanical energy in rotary and linear biological motors, motors which are ubiquitous in nature. In a second research area, we examine theoretically ultra fast electron transfer reactions, studying not only the population changes but also the quantum information available from studying the coherence in the wave mechanical observations.
